Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers provided at the time of shipment. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as both USPS and UPS require a physical (residential or business) address for delivery. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Crescent Down Works is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product, or for customs fees (duties/taxes) incurred from importing goods. In the event a package is refused by the customer, all shipping charges and return shipping charges will be withheld from a customer's refund. Shipping rates are as follows:

**Package theft is becoming increasingly common. As we cannot replace/refund lost items due to theft we recommend having someone available to receive your package or creating an account with the UPS/USPS to reroute the delivery. A signature confirmation delivery is available and can be added to your order.
International orders will be shipped through UPS. International Customers must provide a telephone number in the checkout form. If the telephone number is not provided we will request a phone number via email. The product will not ship until the phone number has been confirmed. We are pleased to accept returns for items (excluding final sale items and items purchased with the Blue Moon promotional code*) by contacting us within 7 days of order delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving return authorization. The returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, with any original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the packing slip. Used or sReturns are credited to the original form of payment upon receipt of merchandise after close inspection of the product. Once processed, depending on your credit card company or bank, funds are typically posted within 3-10 days. To return merchandise, email us at info@crescentdownworks.com for return authorization. Exchanges are simple, we offer you a full refund and you can repurchase the item of your choice.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns. Crescent Down Works does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Crescent Down Works.
*Items purchased on sale using the Blue Moon & Super Blue Moon promotional code are refundable for exchange or store credit only. Items marked as final sale (including final sale coupon code) are not available for a refund or exchange.
Upon ordering, a receipt is emailed detailing items purchased and shipping address. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Crescent Down Works does not assume responsibility for shipping items to an incorrect address.
Orders may be canceled or delayed at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspicion of fraud, the discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason we feel is necessary. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order, Crescent Down Works will reissue the credit to your credit card account in the exact amount of the purchase.
Discount codes only apply during the duration of any sale and cannot be applied retroactively. Our products often sell out very quickly, especially during sales. It would not be fair to allow some to order before a sale begins and get items at a discount when everyone else has to wait for that discount and possibly not get what they wanted.
