Digital Marketing/Online Store Manager + Production Assistant

We are looking for an energetic person to manage our online store and increase our brand’s digital footprint.  This position will manage all aspects of our online store and spearhead our social media campaign.   This role also includes assisting the factory manager with general day to day production.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Online Store Manager

-managing inventory

-updating product photos and copy

-customer service

-order fulfillment

-social media marketing

Production Assistant

– packing and labeling boxes

-coordinating deliveries

-other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

Previous experience with ecommerce and online marketing is required, preferably in a retail setting.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  Highly organized and detail oriented.  Flexibility to take on additional duties.

Crescent Down Works is a successful woman owned down goods company located in the historic district of Pioneer Square in Seattle.  We have been locally owned and operated for over 40 years. We make made-to-order down jackets and vests in collaboration with shops and designers all over the world, and have many interesting and unique projects. We have a tight-knit team and have fun together while working to meet deadlines.

Pay $18/hour during training, $20/hr upon completion of training

 

Hours are:  8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
